I have received damaged goods?

Please contact customersupport@nevillesglobal.com with your order / PO number, item code(s), quantities, and if you require a credit or replacement for the goods. These must be reported to us in writing within 4 days of receiving the goods / invoice, for a full investigation, notifications outside of this time frame cannot be credited or replaced.

Photograph(s) of the damaged product and/or packaging must be included.

We cannot accept liability for damaged goods which are sent on through your own carriers or other form of transport.
