Help CenterGoods need to be reported and returned within 15 days from date of invoice (18 days from invoice for Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands) this is inclusive of weekends. Please click here to complete the form and a returns number will be issued, if the items not required are on multiple orders / invoices, these will need to be advised as a return reference for each log will be issued, all return numbers provided must be used on all relevant paperwork when returning the goods.
All returns are discretionary. A restocking charge of 15% of the goods or £15 whichever is the greater will apply to any authorized returns.
Should you wish to return goods that are no longer required, we require a reason for the return; this is to help us understand why the goods were no longer required.
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition, the goods need to be returned in original packaging and no labels or writing on any of the packaging as this will void the product for credit.
Any goods that are returned to us that have not been requested or are received with no returns number(s) will be disposed of immediately.
It is at Nevilles discretion should we wish to accept the goods back.
