When are samples dispatched?

Sample orders for Great Britain customers are processed on a +24-hour dispatch basis.

Please be advised main orders take priority over sample orders and they may be held due to capacity limitations.

Sample orders for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland customers are normally processed on a next-day (+24 hours) basis and dispatched with a customer sales order. However, if a sample order is placed at the same time as a sales order going to the same delivery address, we will combine both into a single shipment.
